Being president of the FCHMCI, I have the pleasure of seeing the hospital grow, develop, and improve along with those working within its walls. It is my proud duty to work with the talented employees of FCHMCI and to focus on their safety as well as making their time and tasks in the hospital easier. FHCMCI would not be able to progress towards the excellence it could be if not for the efforts of the important assets of the hospital; having said this, it is just as important to focus on the employees just as much as the patients.

Having said this, for the performance of the hospital to be efficient and effective, there must be teamwork and understanding between the employees, all working towards one goal: excellence and the first, best care of FCHMCI.
