A corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 28, 2012 aimed to establish, maintain, operate, and manage hospitals that are fully departmentalized and equipped with the service capabilities needed to support certified medical specialists and other licensed physicians rendering services in the Department of Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Surgery. FCHMC seeks to be the primary choice of medical service provider in the city of Cabuyao and the neighboring provinces of Laguna, Cavite, and farther south.

          After conducting studies on the needs of communities in various neighboring provinces and cities, three doctors with medical practices focused in Southern Luzon gathered to discuss the possibilities of catering to the medical needs of the people of Cabuyao by constructing a hospital that will not only give medical professionals the opportunity to expand their medical practices to the city, but more importantly, to enable the community to have access to competent, professional, and affordable medical attention. After consulting their colleagues and peers, fourteen experts in the medical field, with the assistance of one corporate lawyer decided to start making their vision come true.
